We strive to deliver a consistent, pleasurable experience with every visit and we value face-to-face communication. To extend the highest level of service to our guests, we offer two ways to schedule appointments – by phone or email request. If you’re a new client, we would like to speak with you personally to better evaluate your needs and possibly bring you in for a complimentary initial consultation.

During your next appointment with us, you can pre-book your appointments for the rest of the year. One of our lifestylists will schedule you in our system, which will track each of your visits. For every appointment you pre-book and fulfill, you will receive 100 loyalty points.

As a courtesy to all of our salon guests, cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in half of the service amount being charged to your account. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment if you are a first-time guest at Orchid. We respect the busy days of our guests and stylists, so if you’re running late, a phone call is always appreciated. Your appointment must still end as scheduled, so that the next client may begin promptly. If not enough time remains for the services scheduled, you may elect to choose services to fit the time remaining or reschedule at the stylist’s discretion.
